Bayshore Estates, Inc. was created by two long standing, prominent Wilmington families that have been in the land development business for the last three generations.  They are responsible for, or have been principal partners in, numerous Wilmington area developments, both commercial and residential, including Bayshore Estates, Windward Oaks, Sterling Edition at Wrightsville Dunes, Muirfield at Landfall, and Figure Eight Island.  Today, the corporation is run by Alexander Koonce and William Cameron.
